Football: Funds of Rs5.7m for Kohat stadium
PESHAWAR: The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Housing, Malik Amjad Iqbal Afridi announced Rs5.7million for the construction of state-of-the-art stadium at Kharmato to promote sports activities in Kohat district. In the concluding ceremony of Malik Hayat Khan Memorial Football Tournament, Afridi said the government gave high priority to the promotion of sports in the province. Afridi also announced Rs2m for pavement of the attached road and Rs60,000 for the winning team of the tournament.
