Non-bailable warrant: Shahzain Bugti, associates consent to arrest
Bugti told the media that he was being framed and that the case was fabricated, adding that the agencies had made his lawyer “disappear”, referring to his advocate being kidnapped some time ago.
“I am hopeful of being released soon”, Bugti told the press.
Earlier, following the non-bailable arrest warrants issued by Additional Session Judge – V Quetta Sayed Zulfiqar Naqvi against 27 persons including provincial president of the Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti, security forces surrounded his residence on Saturday.
Balochistan Home Minister Mir Zafarullah Zehri entered the house to talk to Bugti who had said that he would address the media after the meeting.

In Pakistan law is for some people and some are immune. Our Prime minister is immune while all others can be arrested. Especially if you are a Baloch then law apply to you Pakistan is in Apnay Paon Par khud Kulhari Marna Mode. I have no idea how long this business of declaring someone traitor and less Pakistani will continue in Pakistan. On one hand Government is saying that they want to give amnesty to all Baloch leaders and want Self exiled leaders to come back and on the other hand they are arresting local Sardar then why any Baloch leader will come back. Tell me with this devvelopment will any any Baloch leader will ever come back??? How long we will continue this attitude and will think that actually we are doing some better thing to Pakistan. God have mercy on our nation otherwise we dont deserve this land in a current state on the map.
