HARIPUR: On the first day of the 110th Jashn-i-Hazara festival, on Tuesday, participants regaled the crowd by showing off their skills in various sports competitions. There was a merry-go-round and colourful rides to entertain children. The week-long festival, held annually in Haripur, marks the beginning of wheat harvesting. The event features several cultural highlights such as stone lifting and tent pegging. A bull race and tonga race have also been organised.
