Kaira to Sharif: If you have issues with Bhoja commission, make one yourself
Talking to the media in Lalamusa, Kaira said that investigations behind the Airblue crash have still not emerged while the owner of the Shaheen Air Company is affiliated with the PML-N and can have a commission made on it again.
The Bhoja Air flight from Karachi came down in fields near a village on the outskirts of the Pakistani capital on Friday evening, in the city’s second major fatal air crash in less than two years.
On the directives of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, a three-member judicial commission was set up to determine the cause of the crash.
Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly, had said that the government formed the judicial commission without the consent of the apex court.

And I recommend the J(r) Khawaja Shareef, ex-CJ, Punjab as the most appropriate man to head 'Punjab Govt.' commission. Remember that he is the same guy who acknowledged in his auto-biography that he accepted cash funds and plots from Sharif Brothers while still serving as LHC Judge. And he has very proudly included photographs in the book, accepting the 'Lafafas'.
Where was NAWAZ SHARIF when Air blue plane crashed? He was quite at that time because CEO of Airblue is Khakkan Abbasi who is also honorable member of PMLN.
PML N is all talk , no walk.
I only suggest the commission should co-opt an Aviation expert also as a member of the Commission.
Hate to say this but I agree with Kaira. The Sharifs should not politicize this sensitive matter just to win a vote or two.

Shaheen has some newer Boeing 737-400's which have all the good stuff in them including the EGPWS and wind-shear warning alerts.
I think all of Bhoja Air's aircraft are 727-200's (the call it Adv for "Advanced" but since I have not seen a cockpit picture I don't know what is "Advanced" about it but maybe it has some "stuff"). They have a DC-9 sitting somewhere in the Gulf. They have a problem with operating older, very much older-generation a/c and it is an issue, a BIG issue, after one just crashed.
Maybe we will find out that it was wind-shear and the pilots did their best to save the plane. I am sure they did the best to save their own lives and that of the passengers. No one is suicidal and no one crashes unless overwhelmned by events beyond human capacity to control.
As for this commission, we need an INDEPENDENT AIR ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION BOARD as they have in other countries -- advanced and developing. Is this rocket-science? Is this so difficult to understand?
The Indian's use judicial commissions. The team is led by a Judge. Obviously, he has experts advising him. The recent report of the Air India Express at Manglore is very professional and very good. Most witnesses called were line and management pilots and other officials of the airline, including Air India itself. The report of the crash of an Air camaroon Boeing 737-700 into the sea after take-off from Beruit Lebanon is also very good. I don't think the Lebanese are any smarter than we are.
We can do it; we just need to do it right.

Mr. Kaira should know that asking PML(N) to form a judicial commission is an unconstituional statement. There is nothing wrong in PML(N)'s demand. No judicial commision can be formed wothout advice of Chief Justice of Pakistan.

I couldn't agree more with PMLN
I am big fan of Air crash investigations on Discovery channel and just outsource this investigation to them and they will come with abetter investigative report. How come the judge can deduce the results in a case like that which is of technical nature. The best way is to hire proffesional air crash investigator under the supervision of PAF and then we could expect something otherwise nothing will come out of this investigation.

Malik gave a statement lately about the Airblue crash investigation report being already made public.
@Pr0udPakistani: First of all PMLN is the first party to protest again Musa Gailani. The inherit hatred of parties lead to these types of statements. Secondly Nawaz is in Opposition in federal government and they cannot form the inquiry committee as investigation is the responsibility of the federal government. Also please take a visit in part of Punjab other than the defence, model town and bahria town and you will see the popularity of PMLN in Upper Punjab and now people are more aware than before that PMLN is a better option that other parties including Imran Khan as the only enemy of Imran Khan is Nawaz Sharif and i am pretty sure after Kaira's stance now Imran Khan will have another opportunity to comment about Nawaz Sharif as in actual Imran Khan stance on many issues does not differ with PPP at all and he just wait for the right time to bash Nawaz and this opportunity is great one for Imran Khan again..
Why should we buy planes from anyone? As the 7th power, we should build our own planes to fly our people with our own pilots under our own CAA!
The commission should be independent and not under the current CAA and ministry of Defence admin. These guys are known to protect each other. We don't want this case to be closed like others when everyone blames the dead pilot who is not here to defend himself.
@Pakistan politics: As usual Pakistan Politics your usual Bashing of PMLN as you used to do in the past. The only thing PMLN did was criticism of Judicial commission because they are of the view that Air Blue investigation was not transparent and still people are waiting for a detailed investigation and Bhoja incident will see the same fate as again Political appointees are selected rather than Professional unbiased people are a part of a probe commission. This is the role of the opposition to point out any problems if any and there is nothing wrong in it. It is not politics over dead bodies but it is the preemption of avoiding tragic incidents in future. There is nothing wrong if some discrepancies are pointed out but rather than listening to a piece of advice PPP again transform it into a political stunt.
Good solution, if Nawaz doesn't trust the commission made by this government then he should form one himself and let BHOJA guys and present government be exposed if guilty (as Kaira suggested) and while at it, Nawaz may, please, appoint another commission to enquire and establish the facts regarding the other one, too, in which 'Air Blue' plane crashed killing all on board and who and what has kept a thorough and independant investigation regarding the circumstances of that tragedy and who prevented the complete disclosure of the facts of that accident(ask Marvi Memon for help, if you need, I'm sure you, Nawaz can trust her). Let's do this all and get over with it, let Shahid Khaqan Abbasi also be exposed for whatever role he played in the coverup of the criminal negligence by 'Air Blue' which he owns and heads. I dare Nawaz Mian to be brave and fair and do this one job as honestly and fairly as he promises to run the affairs of the Pakistani State once we trust him again. Come on, give us a chance to judge you for your courage and honesty, Mianjee.

I am not a supporter of PPP but in my opinion, Mr. Kaira has said the right thing. PML-N is busy in point scoring on every issue yet it fails to see what is happening under it's nose. Why PML-N is not protesting against the latest chemical scandal against Ali Musa Gilani??? Just because one of their ministers is also involved?? In case of fair elections, PML-N would face a historic defeat in Punjab.

Bhoja Air Crash happened because we buy planes from Yahoodi supported Boeing and Airbus.
From now on we should buy only Made in China planes.
