ISLAMABAD:

Emaar Pakistan, subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC, recently handed over its 50th new villa in the Mirador Village section of the Canyon Views housing society to its owners in a record time frame. The ceremony was attended by the owner and his family, along with Emaar Pakistan representatives.

Mirador is a Portuguese-style estate at Canyon Views in Islamabad. Each villa has a common architectural theme, reflected through richly toned terracotta-tiled roofs, wrought iron detailing, and textured stucco exteriors, with colors that vary from soft yellow to golden wheat and warm beige.

Haji Mohammad Rafiq Giga, director Emaar Pakistan, said, “Emaar Pakistan aims to fulfil the dream of luxury living in Pakistan that is at par with international standards. Emaar has a long-term commitment to the Pakistani market. We feel honoured to introduce the concept of modern living with world-class architecture in Pakistan.”
