The red saint: Work on shrine to be done by June

Qaim Ali Shah ordered development work at Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s mazar.

KARACHI: The chief minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah, has ordered that development work at Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s mazar should be completed by June.

While speaking at a meeting with officials managing the construction and development work of the mazaar in Sehwan Sharif, the chief minister said that the quality should be maintained and visitors should have access to all facilities.

He was informed that out of the 61,218 square feet of land, they had 10,000 sq feet of land and people who were displaced were compensated with four million rupees. The meeting was attended by Sindh Finance Minister Murad Ali Shah, Auquf Minister Dr Muhammad Rafiq Bambhan, Finance Secretary Naveed Kamran Baloch and Hyderabad Commissioner Ahmed Bux Narejo.
