Bilateral Cooperation: Mukhtar meets Polish naval chief
The minister briefed the Polish delegation on Pakistan’s role in the war on terror.

Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar on Thursday underscored the need to enhance defence cooperation with Poland by availing various training courses and participating in military exercises and defence procurement. He was talking to visiting Commander in Chief of Polish Navy Vice Admiral Tomasz Mathea. The Polish naval chief is currently visiting Pakistan on the invitation of Chief of the Naval Staff. During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation came under discussion. The minister briefed the Polish delegation on Pakistan’s role in the war on terror and efforts to bring peace and stability in affected regions along western borders.
