Sapna Khan case: Family’s bail pleas to be heard on 18th

LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Anwar Butt has set April 18 as the date for hearing arguments on the pre-arrest bail pleas of the father and two brothers of Sapna Khan, the ex-wife of former chief minister Dost Khosa. Missal Khan, Muhammad Amin and Faisal Khan are accused of forging Sapna Khan’s birth certificate. They told the court that the charges against them had been cooked up by the former chief minister to try and delay proceedings in their plea for the registration of a case against Khosa for Sapna Khan’s abduction and murder.
