Snooker: Maguire advances to the final

Stephen Maguire is through to the final of the China Open after easily overcoming Stephen Lee 6-2,  according to worldsnooker.com. Lee lost the first two frames but hit back to level 2-2 with a top break of 67. But that was it for the PTC Grand Finals winner as he failed to get any kind of rhythm going and struggled with his accuracy from then on. However, Maguire had started scoring well from the off, with a break of 76 in the opening frame and finished in style with a 91 in the last. “I have played hard all week and hopefully I can carry it on and put on a good show for the Chinese fans,” said Maguire.
