Murdered: Bullet-riddled body found

HARIPUR: Unknown assailants shot a man dead and dumped his body at a deserted location in the jurisdiction of Beer union council, according to the police on Thursday. After efforts to identify the victim, in his fifties, were unsuccessful, the body was placed in the mortuary of the Women and Children Hospital. He had been shot four times in the head. The police stated that locals of Latifabad village had spotted a bullet-riddled body with its hands tied behind his back. According to officials, the accused killed the man, fastened his hands and dumped the body in the bushes.
