BB murder case: Court notice pasted outside Musharraf's farmhouse
The notice asks Musharraf to appear in the Supreme Court on March 22 with documents proving his identity as a Pakistani citizen.
“Yes, I can confirm that a notice has been pasted on the main gate of Musharraf's farm house,” Sheikh Naeem, a senior police official, told AFP.
The Supreme Court had passed the orders yesterday over the non-delivery of notices to key witnesses and suspects in the murder probe. The court had directed the Registrar’s Office to ensure a speedy process of the delivery to all parties.
A formal application from the interior ministry had also been moved to the Interpol headquarters in France for the issuance of red warrants against the former president. The request was routed through a representative of Interpol in Pakistan.

at least he tried to cure pakistan's ailing economy and succeeded to some extend. secondly he spent huge money for higher education which go unnoticed by our media

@AK47: Musharraf with 9 years of rule as emperor all-in-all could not fix the country's prosecution dept., to get these Plunder Pakistan Party thugs convicted in courts. The Swiss found both Benazir and Zardari guilty, and Musharraf let them off.

Musharraf was not a good thing may be for politicians coz they don't have an opportunity to loot and plunder. For common folks like us it hardly matters who is in power.
At least Musharraf did well for us and the country. Law and order was better than this, economy was better and did many projects which our dishonest media does not want to highlight.
Politicians do nothing except create hatred. If you are not a politician why are you bothered? It won't matter one or the other to you. He did not jail Benazir nor Zardari. Nawaz Sharif did. In fact Musharraf was the one who released and allowed Zardari to go.
With all those people he did good with are against him now. Is this some kind of a national character or what? Ditch the benefactor. Look at those Choudhries and so many others who enjoyed during his time and simply deserted him when not in power. The worst role was played by the electronic media and some Urdu press. Shame on them.

Criminal case can not be registered against any person who at the time of occurrence not in the country, and further more can not be declared proclaimed offender .
Musharraf at the time of occurrence was in Pakistan,but murder case against him was not registered,when he left the country he was declared proclaimed offender.
There is some thing moving behind the scene, According to my considered opinion,complainant has politically motivated and convinced on.
Statements of Imran Khan can not be disregarded in this connection,Nora Kushti is being fought.
When i see this case find some legal complications in the way,some aspects of the case raise some questions and hurdle in the way to approach the person involved in the murder case,or as a co-accused in the assassination of a national leader.
The facts,attributed to the prosecution story are that,Musharraf handed over the power to right person and gone abroad,where he was welcomed as guest and since then he has been living there.
He requested not for political exile to the British or Dubai government ,he is not there under political shelter.
On the other hand,government of Pakistan formally requested to the inter pol police for his apprehension and in this regard Red Corner Warrant has been issued.
According to the international law international police may enter in the country who is signatory of the treaty otherwise no any way cross the border. the above mentioned legal position tell us that Musharraf is beyond the approach,he can not be arrested.

God bless Mushraff. I have not seen any Paki who deserves to be called a leader..This being said, tell me any one who has presented, defended and stood for Pakistan at any international forum. All these current squareheads who are ruling this poor nation before and after him, pity on them. They hire the more intellegent brains of Pakistan, the CSS qualified officer to be there ps and make them write speeches to address us and if asked something out of that piece of paper, they wink twink and respond very shamlessly.."It is not in to my knowledge"..
I think the SC should have pasted these notices outside the residence of Babar Awan and Rehman Malik, since it was these two geniuses who took off with BB's security detail and left the poor woman high and dry to face the bullets and the bomb. But then again the SC want their pound of flesh as well. I wonder where does the Army stand in all of this?? Mush was great leader sadly he lost his focus somewhere in 2006 and kept on making one blunder after the other.

What was his fault? Was he him who asked BB to come out infact he warned her not to come to Pak at all? She steruck a deal with him to share govt ? Is he charged for orfering to wash the place which had blood of jealas not her. Her party leaders left her away esp who was resp for her security.
If the former President is brought back to Pakistan, GOP would have to find a safe and secure place to keep him under house arrest. The Abbotabad Mansion renovated by him could have been the best option, which unfortunately has already been demolished.

Now if Musharraf call himself a Commando then he should come to Pakistan and face the trials.
Issue is not pasting notices. I am sure Musharraf reads the newspapers. We want to see him brought handcuffed to the SC, as is the case when an accused is produced in court in the UK and US and everywhere else. The Court can order at his presence that handcuffs be removed during the hearing.
Unable to nail the killers they are just diverting attention. Musharraf is an easy target. And the media he opened up and who are earning a living out of it attack him the most and do not hightlight the problems due to landlards who also couble as parliamentarians. Why not highlight the real issues instead of going after dead fish.
What a waste of time by the people claiming to be most responsible in the nation.
Very intelligent and widely respected all around the world, Gen Musharraf was never respected by Pakistanis. That's why we are facing such a chaotic situation today. I am happy that he was compelled not to come back, because honestly we don't deserve a leader like him.
