LAHORE:
The House of Kamiar Rokni, in collaboration with Bonanza, on Sunday held an Exclusive Lahore Preview and Fashion Presentation of its lawn collection.
The event was held at Royal Palm Golf and Country Club started with a bit of a delay – 7pm instead of the scheduled time of 5:30pm.
Rokni described his collection as “flirtatious” and “full of romance”. It incorporates elements from Mughal art to African wilderness, he said.
“We launched our debut lawn collection last year but are excited to work with Kamiar Rokni this summer,” sais Hanif Balwani, the CEO of Bonanza Textiles Limited. The aim, he said, was to “bring high fashion to the high street”. Rokni said that he had tried to utilise the lawn with a trendy edge, suitable for everyday wear.
The lawn is priced between Rs2500 and Rs5,000.
