Kicked out : Saylani trust takes JPMC to court

Telling it to shut down its set-up in front of the casualty ward.

KARACHI: A charity organisation, Saylani Welfare Trust, has take Jinnah hospital to court for telling it to shut down its set-up in front of the casualty ward. The petitioner maintains that since its establishment in 2003, it has been feeding the needy and giving them free medicines at JPMC after acquiring permission from the hospital. But it was told to close down last year and was given security as a reason. A division bench issued notices for March 13.
