Draped in the local attire, Sharif confidently said that the next government in Sindh will be of PML-N, and after coming into power, laptops will be distributed among the students. “Even then, we tell the government: Don’t wait for us. Sindh government, come and hand out laptops here,” he exclaimed.
The party leader, amid excited chants of ‘Go Zardari Go’, bashed the Sindh government further by asking it to come to Qazi Ahmad and see the condition people are living in. “These are the people who used to help others; now they are in need of help.”
Sharif also said that his party was invited to attend the All Parties’ Conference. “But, we will not attend the APC unless the murderers of Akbar Bugti are brought to justice,” he said.
He also claimed that he will unite all provinces after coming into power, and said that he wants to even the level of success across the country.
“What Nawaz Sharif says, he does,” boasted the leader.

Laptops and Akber Bughti , Akber Bughti and Laptops ,Laptops and .................. Sounds familiar ,,,ehhh ? Election is somewhere around ......
On my last visit to Lahore I had the chance to witness thousands of daily labourer sleeping on the island of Chowberjee in Lahore under the bone chilling cold December nights .
Wish Nawaz had distributed some warm clothes to them and maybe some kind of shelter ( a far cry though )The basic idea is to create gimmicks to counter Imran in "attracting" : the youth of Punjab .So sad .
get a life mr. sharif.... seriously.. do u think youth of pakistan is stupid?.. spending the tax money on stupid schemes?just to gain vote bank? y dont you sell one of your factories and then give laptops or Iphones to us....
Methinks somebody is about to get awfully rich in Sindh very soon.
forget about laptops. we need ipads :D
Pakistanis need basic education and primary healthcare before the already educated and middle class are given more. Basic civic needs are what is required. How many hungry people are actually given the laptops? It is the money transfer from lower class and poor provinces to well to do people.
Please pay for the laptops from your own wealth rather than poor tax payers money
Gives us the laptops, we will definitely vote for you.. wink ;)
Compared to Zaradari, he certainly does as he says. Comapred to IK, he is still running the campaign in honest prose as opposed to roamantic poetry.
Funny Nawaz, hope Sindh govt will not resort to poor gimmicks like Laptop and instead invest equivalent money in some assembly plant of such education devices to be provided on ex factory prices. why not punjab govt did so, as in 4 years time such plant would have went into production. but they like daewo commission interests would have done the same in the present case they only care for only business interest in long terms.
Nawaz Sharif is such a opportunist politician, jumps on everything he can to score points
"Laptop bachon ko denay se Mulk ki takdeer badal jayey gi" says Mian Nawaz Shareef. That's what you call a Visionary Leader! Taubah
First it was nuclear weapons as a panacea for everything and now laptops!
my vote for N
Dont they have brain? People at Sindh dont have shelter, food and PMLN will distribute Laptops! Kabara kr dien ge ye loog mulk ka! Huh!
Too worried about laptops? How about free education in Balochistan just like in other provinces?
By the way, Nawaz's appearances and muggings are getting intense. Elections and all that. Once the elections are over, selected politicians disappear in thin air!
LOLzzZ... Funny speach and good comments in the same way ... ;)
Giving laptops to students from their parents' taxes money. Wah G wah Mian Sahib... Go somewhere else and try your tricks..
Create jobs, invest in small businesses, give easy loans to jobless young educated lads to trigger economic activity. Stop these political bribes please.
Why resouces are being wasted in foolish schemes like Sasti Rooti, laptop distribution (initiated by Punjab Govt) & Benazir Income Support (by Federal Govt)?
Mian sb is going in right way .punjab is less curropt than any provencial or fedral govt.
Sindh is already paying the price of those laptops in Punjab by way of inflation due to money printing by State Bank and handing over to Punjab for such shenanigans.
“What Nawaz Sharif says, he does,” boasted the leader......
How about paying your taxes so that the government can help these poor people
WOW !! Nawaz Sharif is so clever ! Senate seats cost millions while the youth costs him a laptop (10000 Rp). Our youth is so cheap.
What are we whining and complaining about? Pakistan, Pakistan ??!! Its us who elect these people again and again knowing that they haven't delivered before.
So, please, stop whining. To all the youth: Invest your precious time to your studies and your career. It saddens me to say but nothing will improve in Pakistan unless we don't come to the streets to throw them out and the ordinary worker opposes his wadera - but that will never happen - we don't have the guts for that. So save your time and energy for your career.
"Go Zardari Go" by Nawaz Sharif!! Isnt it amazing??
"Sindh government to come to Qazi Ahmad and see the condition people are living in"
Mr. Sharif plz come to Narowal and see the condition people are living in :(
Mr Sharif and Zardari are two side of the same coin
Mere election slogans. Nothing more than that. Mian Sahib you're the one who shut down Thar Coal Project in the 90's. Karachi slipped into darkness in your period sir.We can't trust you. And giving laptops don't bring education revolution, go and ask any intellectual. You aint a national leader, just for one province. Mian Sahib jaan dio na, tuaadi vaari nee aan di ab.
No thanks, If we will get laptop we will pay it for next 5 years... We can manage with our desktops....
because Sindh Gov. don't wanna spend huge amount of money on lame schemes, remember majority of the students were capable of buying laptops themselves, you just wasted public money to gain support of youth for election
