Aslam, who won cash prize of $1,000, was involved in a four-set, hour-long battle with Bokhari, but eventually came out on top with a 12-10, 11-6, 7-11 and 11-6 win.
Meanwhile, unseeded Asim Khan won the U17 title by defeating second-seed Safiullah Kakar 11-5, 11-13, 11-8 and 11-8. Asim bagged $500.
Another unseeded player, Ahsan Ayaz, stunned top-seed Rishwan in the U15 final, sealing an 11-6, 11-9, 7-11 and 11-7 win in 70 minutes. Third-seed Kashif Asif won the U13 final, beating Sumaid Rashid 11-6, 11-8 and 13-11. In the U11 final, top-seed Ali Karamat beat Mujtaba Raza 12-10, 11-6 and 11-1 inside 30 minutes.
In the U19 girls final, unseeded Saadia Gul shocked second-placed Samar Anjum 11-8, 11-8, 14-16 and 13-11.
