Speaking at his residence, Shah Mahmood Qureshi lashed out against the government, saying it was unconcerned over missing people and the violation of human rights in Pakistan. He warned that the US conspiracy of “dismembering” Balochistan would be a greater threat to India than to Pakistan.
Referring to Nawaz Sharif’s recent vocal support for Balochistan, he said Sharif’s politics was for his own vested interests rather than for the welfare of the troubled province.
Qureshi added that the army should stay out of civilian affairs. Qureshi called for boycotting by-elections, saying that the election commission ‘deceived’ the Supreme Court by organising elections on old voters’ lists.
Referring to the recent trilateral summit in Pakistan, he said negotiations between Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan had failed. No country has given a guarantee of peace in Afghanistan, he said, and warned that Pakistan would be in the worst position if Iran was attacked.

I think as a nation we are heading towards total destruction. Other countries do not have to do it for us, we are very efficient in doing this to ourselves.
@Ad Baloch: You need to wake up Mr. UK is the United Kingdom, where different groups are present too like scottish, welsh and English. Plus Pakistanis are living there too where they are known as just Pakistanis not as Punbis or Bulochis, where my identity is just a Pakistani and a muslim and nothing else. And for you information, common people in Pakistan are suffering in this country everywhere, whether it is Balochistan or Punjab. The reason Muslims are suffereing everywhere in this world is because of this, where everyone is fighting with each other because of the difference in culture and the language where as other nations and countries they tend to work as one such as Europe. They have differences too and speak different languages but they do not kill each other.

I defended you when you quit PML-N because you did speak up against injustices done to you. But while everyone has their part in the Balochistan carnage the responsible person sits in Rawalpindi not Islamabad along with his predecessor who sits in a Western metropolis of his choosing,

Our identity should be muslims not Punjabis, sindhi or Baluchi. In other countries there are so many people from all parts of the world live together in a peaceful way for example the UK but over here, we are killing each other even though we are from one country.
@Asgar bhai: Zardari is himself a Sindi of Baluchi ancestry. He doesn't need to have the weight of Musharraf's political killing of Bugti on his head. There is currently a small group of miscreants who are being paid by foreign agents to cause trouble in Baluchistan. We need to seal the border with Afghanistan where the agents are infiltrating, then work with the majority Pakistan loving Baluchis to build up the province with good infrastructure and institutions. As for work in Baluchistan projects, preference should be given to native Baluch over outsiders- otherwise Gwader will be another Karachi where migrants control the economy and build resentment in locals.

I am sure Mr Hashmi knows how Pakistan and US have been collaborating against India over the years. Its only now that the tables have turned against Pakistan and her duplicitous policies. Now whole world knows the true character of Pakistani politics. Mr Hashmi should know that India is not living on his good will. Its Pakistan who has been creating trouble in India through Jihadis. India has all the reasons to hit back. One point agenda of Pakistan has been to oppose India at every possible forum. Pakistan has been sponsoring anti-India resolutions in UN and OIC. Every peace move by India was paid back by invasion from Pakistan side. Going by past, India has all the reasons not to trust Pakistan.
