Khalid Latif has become a late addition to Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and will formally sign a contract with Duronto Rajshahi today. Latif, who will be signed as replacement for South African Imran Tahir, will join compatriots Mohammad Sami, Abdul Razzaq, Qaiser Abbas and Fawad Alam in the Rajshahi squad. “I want to show my real talent and this is a great opportunity as the matches are being televised,” Latif told The Express Tribune from Dhaka, adding that with the 2012 World Twenty20 approaching, he will try to improve his chances of making a comeback to the national squad.
