This IED thingy is becoming a serious problem. There should be some regulation on the sale and purchase of Fertilizers, particularly on its export to Afghanistan. In addition to this, I also feel that this war has now lingered too much. The present negotiations must also take into consideration the possibility of bringing the estranged segments back into the mainstream so that they can start living a normal life.
