FAROOQ | 14 years ago | Reply The city Karachi is awaiting that a brave man as former Interior Minister Naseer Ullah Babar take charge of the city and take stern action again culprits who is involved in targetting killing and other convicts. All departments e.g. police, and law and order insitutions are unable to peform their duties becuase of political pressure.
