KARACHI: The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on February 4, for 11th Rabiul Awwal. This was decided at a meeting on Thursday with Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan. Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan said at the meeting that a cohesive security plan has been prepared for the processions of 12th Rabiul Awwal on Sunday.
