The Rangers and Police should use iron hand to eliminate the menace of target killings in Karachi and should not take any pressure from any quarter.

While performing duty, if the Rangers or Police find any one snatching or firing bullets, they should have the power to shoot the person(s) at sight.

This is the only way to cleanup the mess of criminals from Karachi.
