KARACHI:
The media coverage of the plane accident was as senseless as it has been on all other occasions. Only the slip this time is too visible to be ignored. And this will go on and on, until TV channels decide to allow professional values and journalistic ethics to take some space in their wish lists, besides their pure lust for revenue. This message may not be understood well by the general viewers, because most of them have not witnessed journalistic values and professionalism on their television screens as yet. But the media owners will know very well what it really means.
