Boundary matter: No FIR yet in street robbery

FAISALABAD: A youngster was deprived of his cash, cell phone and a motorcycle in Tariqabad area on Thursday. His complaint for registration of an FIR had yet to be lodged at a police station as Civil Lines and Tariqabad police remain unable to establish jurisdiction in the matter. Civil Lines police turned out the complaint stating that the incident took place in the area of Tariqabad police post. Earlier, Tariqabad police post in-charge had referred the matter to the Civil Lines police station. Rescue 15 police said Sheeraz was intercepted by armed men who took away his Rs5,500, a cell phone and a motorcycle at gunpoint.
