Confiscated: 10kg heroin seized from two jackets

The jackets were lying in a passenger coach parked at the BBIA.

ISLAMABAD:


The Airport Security Force (ASF) seized 10kg of heroin concealed in two leather jackets at Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIA) on Thursday. 


The jackets were lying in a passenger coach parked at the BBIA.  The incident came to light when the driver of the van spotted the jackets lying in the van.

He informed the security personnel who called the bomb disposal experts suspecting that they might contain explosives. However, the material turned out to be fine quality heroin.
