FAISALABAD: A man was rescued by a court bailiff from the outhouse of a former member of the national assembly in Dijkot police station precincts on Thursday. Bailiff Ateeq Ahmad raided Mian Farooq’s and recovered Mushtaq from the outhouse in a complaint filed in the district and sessions court by his wife Azra Parveen, resident of Chak 246-RB Kukranwali. Parveen had submitted in the complaint that Fahad Farooq and Musaddaq Farooq, sons of the former PML-N MNA, had illegally detained her husband at their outhouse. Mian Farooq said Mushtaq had not been detained illegally. He said the family had defaulted on a loan worth hundreds of thousands of rupees they took from his sons and had filed the complaint to avoid repayment.
