Snooker: Shahzaib cruises into 2nd round

KARACHI: Sindh’s Shahzaib leads the Pakistan National Junior Under-21 Snooker Championship after defeating Punjab’s Abdul Rahim 3-0 and Khyber-Pakthunkhwa’s Muhammad Kashif by the same score-line in the second-round. Muhammad Shoaib Ahsan defeated Muhammad Aamir 3-1 while Saddam Hussain outplayed Asad Zubair 3-1 in the third session of the day. Meanwhile, Muhammad Majid also won two matches as he defeated Sindh’s Ghavish Khan 3-0 before dismissing Balochistan’s Said Muhammad by the same margin.
