Dr Zahid Pervaiz has been appointed as the Director General of the Health Department, a Health Department spokesman said on Monday.
Dr Pervaiz will retain the office of the medical superintendent of Mayo Hospital while performing duties as the director general. He has replaced Dr Aslam Chaudhary who, has gone on leave for a year.

I don't know the man but if he can handle TWO offices for a year it can only mean one of two things. Either he's superman or else the two positions really weren't needed and thus one should be abolished or the two should be merged, Will help the government's austerity measures also.
