‘Fast-paced’ : ANP claims credit for K-P development

Government has accelerated the pace of development in the province, says KP Assembly Deputy Speaker.

PESHAWAR: Khyber-Pakthunkhwa (K-P)Assembly Deputy Speaker Khushdil Khan said on Thursday that the government has accelerated the pace of development in the province with special focus on communication, health, education and welfare projects aimed at bringing the less developed areas on a par with developed regions. The deputy speaker said promises made during election campaigns have been fulfilled by the Awami National Party (ANP). He said if all institutions work under constitutional ambit, Pakistan would move forward on the road to progress. He claimed the ANP will secure overwhelming majority in the general election because of its past performance.
