The Food Science Department at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) has arranged a training programme with regards to processing and preservation of confectionary food items. According to BZU officials, the training will be organised in collaboration with Volka Food International and will last four months. The training programme is for matric pass candidates and will help them gain basic and advanced level training in processing and preservation of food items. The department will also arrange two lectures and four practical working sessions in Volka Food International in a week.
