LAHORE: Higher education commission (HEC) rejected the degrees of PML-Q's Balochistan MPA Yar Muhammad Rind, PPP Punjab MPA Ijaz Ahmed and PML-N MPA Zahoor Hussain Khosa on Tuesday.

Rind was elected as MPA from PB-31 Bolan II in the 2008 general elections. The HEC has alleged that Rind had submitted a degree obtained from an unauthorised Madrassah. Rind is a seasoned politician and was elected MNA in 1997 and in 2002 as well. In 2002, he was appointed federal minister for agriculture.

The HEC also rejected the degree of Ijaz Ahmed on the same charges.

PML-N's Zahoor Hussain Khosa had won his seat from PB-26 Jaffarabad II. Hussain was elected as an independent candidate but later joined PML-N. He was a speaker in the Balochistan assembly in 1988.

Depending upon the majority, the Fake-Degree Club Members may also launch another political party in the country. This is quite possible, as Fake-Degree Club Members can come back in the parliament with the power of voters. Who cares for geniune or fake degrees. Quote: A degree is a degree, whether geniune or fake.
