DUBAI:
India batsman Sachin Tendulkar rose a couple of rungs to be joint fourth while compatriot Rahul Dravid dropped out of the top-10 in the latest International Cricket Council Test rankings for batsmen. Tendulkar, who scored a half-century in his side’s opening Test defeat to Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, shared fourth spot with South Africa all-rounder Jacques Kallis. Seven rating points behind the pair is Younus Khan, Pakistan’s only representative in the top-10. Dravid, meanwhile, slipped to 11th after dropping two spots.
