Roof Collapse: Labourer dies from fall

A labourer was killed after falling from a roof in the area of the Jaranwala police station.

FAISALABAD: A labourer was killed after falling from a roof in the area of the Jaranwala police station on Monday. According to police officials, Chak No 656GB resident 35-year-old labourer Mehboob was standing on the shuttering of a building under construction. Mehboob slipped and fell to the ground and was killed instantly. Rescue officials told police that Mehboob died on impact and police have returned the body to the family for burial.
