Cricket: Rawalpindi beat FATA by 6 wickets

LAHORE: Rawalpindi overcame Fata by six wickets in the PCB-Pepsi under-16 tournament. Fata put up 139 runs batting first, which Rawalpindi chased down in the 30th over.  In other Pool A matches, Lahore edged out Peshawar, reaching a 210-run target for the loss of seven wickets in the last over. Meanwhile, Abbottabad dismissed Islamabad for 102 to win by 18 runs in a low-scoring encounter. In Pool B, Sialkot overhauled the 126-run total set by Hyderabad to win by two wickets. Meanwhile, Multan posted a 74-run win over Karachi, while Faisalabad beat Quetta by five wickets.
