Enforcement: 20 teams to monitor ban on kite-flying

Action against those found involved in kite-preparing, using, selling purchasing and using kite-flying material.

FAISALABAD:


The district administration has formed 20 raiding teams to monitor the violation of ban imposed on the use and preparation of kite-flying material in Faisalabad district.


These teams comprise of administration officers who will conduct raids and take action against those found involved in kite-flying and preparing, using, selling purchasing and using kite-flying material.

Each team consists of three officers.

These teams will monitor urban and rural towns separately. At a time three teams will visit an urban town and two will visit a rural town each.

Additional District Collector Maryam Khan has been appointed as the focal person in this regard.

She will review the entire progress of these teams in weekly meetings and forward the report to the district coordination officer.
