Bandits, Carlifters: Nine suspects from two groups arrested

RAWALPINDI:

Nine suspects belonging to two inter-provincial gangs of bandits and carlifters were arrested on Saturday, police said. They also recovered 11 vehicles and three motorcycles from their hideouts.

The suspects have confessed to several cases of carlifting during preliminary interrogation, a police spokesperson said, adding that they had registered seperate cases against them.
