PESHAWAR: Ten militants were killed and two security personnel were injured during clashes in central Kurram Agency, official sources said on Thursday.
The clash between security forces and militants took place in the Jogi area of central Kurram Agency.
Two security personnel were injured when militants attacked an advancing convoy, said a source. Ten militants were killed in retaliatory fire from security forces.
The death toll could not be independently verified as access to the area is prohibited due to an ongoing targeted operation against militants.
