Aids Victims : Four people diagnosed in Thatta

THATTA: Four people, including a policeman, have been diagnosed as HIV positive and are the first confirmed Aids patients in the district. Dr Ajaz Qazi, of the Aids Control Programme, said that the policeman was undergoing preliminary treatment, while treatment of the other three has not started since there is no ward for HIV/Aids patients in the district.
