Aqeel Khan posted a straight-sets victory to win the men's singles title at the Saeed Hai National Ranking Tennis Championship yesterday. Aqeel steam-rolled past opponent Yasir Khan 6-0, 6-4 in the event's final. In the corresponding ladies' event, Maheen Dada claimed a first-set tie-break and fought off a stiff challenge in the second set before overcoming Mehek Khokher 7-6, 7-5. Meanwhile, Go Mazher got the better of Nofil Kaleem 6-2, 6-2 in the boys' under-14 event.
