Accident: 7 killed in bus crash

BAHAWALPUR: Seven people were killed in a bus accident on Wednesday afternoon. According to police officials a Hasilpur-bound bus fell down into the Canal near Head Islam, Bhawal Canal and four women and three men were killed. Eyewitnesses said that the bus was speeding and skidded at a turn before it fell into the canal. The bus driver Mohammad Imran Butt fled from the scene and police officials are searching for his whereabouts.
