Last Ditch Attempt: 1 killed, 3 injured in bike accident

FAISALABAD: A woman was killed while her husband and two children sustained serious injuries in a road accident in the Dijkot police station precincts on Friday night. According to police officials, Gojra Chak 424 resident Faheem Masih, along with his wife Shehnaz and two children, was on a motorcycle when the bike fell into a ditch near Chak No277-RB Sitalan.  Shehnaz received serious head injuries and died on the spot while Faheem and their two children, Aman and Liza, were shifted to hospital in a critical condition. Eyewitnesses told police that the bike was speeding and skidded while turning at a crossing.
