Goatnapping: Man abducted with six goats

Witnesses told police that Hayat was pushed into a van by four men along with his goats near the Saddar police station

DASKA: A group of unidentified people abducted a man and his six goats on Tuesday. According to police officials, Lodhki resident Sikandar Hayat worked as a labourer. Hayat bought the goats, for sacrifice on Eidul Azha, from the market and was on his way home when he was kidnapped. Hayat’s family said that he had purchased six goats and that the kidnappers had taken the animals as well. Witnesses told the police that Hayat was pushed into a van by four men along with his goats near the Saddar police station on Tuesday night. Police officials have registered a case and are searching for the accused.
