Earlier, Karachi Energy drew against Tribe FC Peshawar 1-1, which has also given hope to Peshawar for a place in the semi-finals if they manage to beat Quetta Zorawar in their next match on July 23. Quetta had previously drawn 0-0 with Islamabad United.
Karachi are currently at the top of the table with 13 points with Quetta in second place.
