A man committed suicide in the Batala Colony police station precincts on Friday morning. According to police officials, Bilal Road resident Abdul Hafeez, 40, quarrelled with his parents over finances and later hung himself from the ceiling fan in his bedroom. Police officials have registered a case and handed over Hafeez’s body to his relatives for burial.
