LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry on Tuesday reserved verdict in a suo motu case about torture on two students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan by activists of a student union. A Multan sessions judge, who was directed to hold an inquiry, submitted his report to the court. The CJ had taken notice of a media report items highlighting the incident.
