Murder: 1 killed, 3 injured over theft allegation

A man was killed and three others were injured over a theft dispute in Phulerwan.

SARGODHA: A man was killed and three others were injured over a theft dispute in Phulerwan on Saturday. According to police officials, a peter engine belonging to Ratto Kala resident Muhammad Anwar was stolen one month ago and he suspected Muhammad Yar of the theft. Yar along with Khurram Shehzad allegedly opened fire on Anwar after he accused him on Friday night. Anwar died on the spot, while Manzoor Ahmed, Sardar Ali and an unidentified man were seriously injured. The accused fled the scene. The body was shifted to RHC Phulerwan for an autopsy and police officials have registered a case. Police officials are searching for the whereabouts of the accused
