If Pakistan doesn't care enough about its people to setup a simple audit system, I would at least like to hear the words "We, the people of Pakistan, are requesting the aid of the US for this situation." through a medium the majority of the population of Pakistan has access to as far as our side is concerned. If not even that is acceptable, I see no reason to feel any guilt about the situation.
