Fair: Rabi festival from October 19

FAISALABAD: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) will open Rabi Festival from October 19 as part of its golden jubilee celebrations. The programme will include agricultural exhibition and international conference, seminar, horse and cattle show, Kissan convention, Mehfil-e-Milad, cultural show and many other programmes in which scientists from 30 countries are coming to participate. The aim of organising the festival is not only to create awareness among people of agriculture and livestock but also to provide a platform to the people for entertainment.
