Ram Kohli submitted an application through a non-governmental organisation to a sessions court in Badin appealing that the court investigate a local feudal.
The application stated that an influential feudal, Shafi Muahmmad, had kept several people at his private jail in union council Khairpur Khamboh.
Kohli stated that around 41 people including 27 children are the victims of forced labour.
After hearing the petition, the court ordered Tando Bago police to search the facility and present the recovered persons in court.
After recording their statements, the court has set all bonded labourers free.

Lets see.................Badin is the constituency of Zulfiqar Mirza and he is the "champion" of justice .lolzzzzzzzzzzzz
No wonder he miserably failed as an Interior Minister
It is unbelievable and unacceptable that even after 65 years of independence, such colonial practises are still being carried out in Pakistan on minorities. Time is not far when these Vaderas and Zamindar will become a paragraph in the history book. Physical Bond of workers should be made against the law.
Hmmm, so Dr. ZM can't see all this happening in his area...wow what a great leader...
This is the reality of of the place from where Zulfiqar mirza wa elected ! , Instead of Barking on Karachi, he should focus on his own area first.
Where are all those Pakistan haters? Why isn't anybody talking about this?
