Police foil terror plot in Dera Ismail Khan
Cache of weapons and explosives seized after raiding the residence of Abdul Sattar.

Police have foiled a terror plot in Gira Bukhsha area of Dera Ismail Khan by arresting suspected militants, recovering arms and explosives from their possession.
Security forces raided the house of a suspected militant Abdul Sattar on Friday and arrested him after discovering a huge cache of arms and ammunition along with explosives from his residence.
The cache of arms included rocket launcher, six mortar shells, and a kilogramme of explosives were confiscated.
The police have sealed the house while the alleged militant has been shifted to an undisclosed location for questioning.
On Thursday, police and CIA had arrested four men in two separate vehicles transferring large caches of weapons and foreign currency. Police is still conducting investigations into the cases to determine whether the men were weapons smugglers or terrorists.
