Britney Spears crosses 10m mark on Twitter

Spears has joined the league following Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, Barack Obama and, most recently, Kim Kardashian.
Earlier, Colombian singer Shakira became the seventh most-popular person on the microblogging site, with nearly 7.42 million followers, her publicist announced on August 8.
